We sell high-quality lab-grown diamond jewelry. All items are carefully inspected before shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards.

2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in US$ and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept credit card payments via Square.

3. Order Processing and Shipping

• Orders are processed as follows.  Within 1 business day of receiving your order you will received an invoice.  Once the invoice is paid, the order will be fulfilled and shipped to you via Priority Mail within 3-5 business days.  Express Mail can be purchased at a surcharge for expedited delivery. 
• Shipping timelines and rates are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

4. Return Policy

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
• Exceptions are made for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at returns@labgrownshop.com with a description and photos of the issue.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

• If an item is found to be defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and certificates included.

6. Jewelry Care
We recommend following proper care instructions to maintain your jewelry’s beauty. Damage due to misuse or improper care is not covered by our defect policy.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your purchase or use of our products.
